What a week of finding light in a new place in the world. Extremely blessed to of had the opportunity to be in Florida this week. More work then fun was had, but the priceless connections, friends made, and times had were worth the trip. Till next time🤙🏻

2026 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS! Stoked to take 3rd place this weekend AND win the @actionglow night surfing competition with @avastewart7 !!!
New seasons bring new challenges and this one was no different. I’ve never had a summer this busy and I’m truly blessed to be flying around the country, driving up and down the coast, competing, and teaching on a non-stop basis for the better part of 4 months. Truly a dream that 10 year old Sammy wouldn’t believe.
Thank you to everyone for their support, from the obvious who make it all possible like @centurionboats giving me the best wave on the market with my RI230, @phase5wakesurfers for their continued support in growing the ‘Viper’ and allowing me creative freedom with my 2027 ‘Viper’ lineup, and @thisisneonwave for always keeping me kitted and allowing me the opportunity to work with the next generation during our kids camps.
To the less obvious including EVERYONE who rides the Viper and that trained with me this summer! It’s still a surreal experience and every time I see y’all riding a Viper, or stomping a new trick/ comp run, or even getting up and surfing for the first time.
Finally to my family and friends for their belief in me and motivation that keeps me going. This includes my whole division of Pro Surf who continue to push the sport and motivate me to push it as well. I’m lucky to have such a great group of guys to compete against but also call some of my closest friends. AND OH ESPECIALLY @mgoncalves914 , who will do anything to help, from a late night pickup at the airport while making sure I have food and coffee before I leave again for a drive across the country, to who even knows how many hours pulling me on Highland Lake.

I love yall and it wouldn’t be possible without ALL of you.

Had an absolute blast this weekend at the CWSA comp! 🤍 Decided to compete the day before the comp and ended up taking 3rd! I was also so super happy to receive the “Enthusiasm” award, being a sick surf board.

And SO incredibly proud of Cade for taking home 2nd in Pro Men’s Skim and 3rd in Pro Men’s Surf! 🏆
