Training with the same friends over many years is truly a special thing. You all get to see each other grow, experience how each persons game changes, and just become a part of each other’s communities. Thanks for being a part of my BJJ community @onuhhh and Yvonne!

Come join us on Mondays at 7-8 for women’s class!

Don’t be scared of the anaconda! Anacondas and darces are some of my favorite submissions and are quite effective. Here is our attempt to channel the anaconda 😅

BJJ is filled with friendly chokes and hugs from your friends :) That’s why it’s so helpful to have great training partners who make you feel safe and want to have a great time too. Thanks for always being down for a hug @drmichelekorb and @giantwasabi and Yvonne!

Join us for women’s class on Mondays at 7-8!

@lycanjiujitsu celebrated its 1 year anniversary this weekend! We had a great time, as you may have seen in a previous post. A highlight moment was when several members tried Death Tacos made by @nates.tacos (I believe they had carolina reapers in the shell). Here’s some video of their trials! Nate, the cheese, jalapeño, and habanero tacos were freaking amazing man! Thank you!

We all rely on our teammates to learn new things, keep us safe, support us when we’re confused, and to take fun pictures :) thanks for being awesome teammates for so many years @onuhhh and @giantwasabi

@pikachax2713 has accurately named this position the beach body. It is useful in many BJJ contexts, whether in the summer or any other time of the year!

Come join us at women’s class on Mondays at 7-8pm!
