Somehow, I was blessed with being the father of one of the kindest souls on Earth. I’m almost convinced that my oldest daughter is the reincarnation of my great-grandmother, whom I named Lydia after, and she was the sweetest person I knew when I was growing up. It all adds up! Happy Sweet 16 to my Lydia Lu!

A little recap of the 2026 STRONGintensive!

We’re still feeling so much gratitude for every student who joined us this year! It was a beautiful week filled with artistry, growth, connection, and community. Watching these dancers show up, challenge themselves, and grow together was truly so special.

Thank you for making this week what it was. We can’t wait to continue building, creating, and sharing this training with you next year.

STRONGintensive 2026 •• until next time.
