✨Showcase Performer - @lyd_poleandfitness ✨ Pole has been part of my life for over a year and a half- I’m not sure what I did before I started!! It has helped me in every aspect of life. My favourite style is creating dynamic flowy shapes on spin or strong powerful combos on static! I’ve become stronger and built a lot of confidence with the help of all the amazing instructors at the pole lab, I really owe it all to you guys. 🫶🏼 📅 Friday November 3rd ⏰Doors open 7:30pm ✨Link in bio for tickets✨ #thepolelab #poleperformer #poledancer #brightonpoledancer
