What to Expect from your Sound Bath at our Skin and Soul event with our lovely @haley.pilates ✨ Take 30 minutes just for you — a little moment to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with some gentle stretches to release tension, followed by a short guided meditation before settling into the soothing sounds and vibrations of the sound bowls. The benefits of a Sound Bath can include: 🤍 Promoting relaxation and reducing feelings of stress 🤍 Calming the mind and encouraging mindfulness 🤍 Helping you feel grounded and present 🤍 Supporting a sense of rest and overall wellbeing There’s nothing you need to do, achieve or get right. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, breathe, and allow yourself to be present. Your time to pause, breathe and just be 💫 DM us to secure your tickets and have the ultimate relaxation 🧘🏽‍♀️ #soundbathmeditation #soundbath #relax #health #wellness

POWER. ROTATION. CONTROL. 🔥 Looking for something different to challenge yourself? Try this explosive kettlebell combination! 💪 Combining a sumo squat, high pull and powerful rotational twist, this movement challenges your lower body, upper body and core, with particular emphasis on explosive rotational power through the obliques. It’s not just about moving the weight — it’s about generating power and controlling the movement. 📌 Save this one and give it a go!

Boxing has always been one of my favourite forms of cardio. Because you forget you’re doing cardio. Switch off, No stress, No overthinking. Just focus. Movement. Energy You leave exhausted physically... ...but mentally you feel lighter. Disclaimer: I’m not a boxing coach. 🥊 This isn’t about technique just fun cardio 💪

Summer social X @torworthlakes 🥂🍕 We swapped Pilates for some fizz for our summer social — because it’s all about balance, right? 🥂✨ An evening of good food, great wine and even better company. We chatted, laughed and celebrated the people who make our wellness community so special. Because wellness isn’t always about the workout. Sometimes it’s about putting the mats away, pouring a glass and enjoying the moment 🥂 A little reminder that balance looks different for everyone — and sometimes, it looks like Pilates by day and wine by night 💫 Also a huge shoutout and thank you to @doctorseaweed for supplying the best vitamins and goodies for the event 🍃 Here’s to summer, good company and finding the perfect balance. A huge thank you to everyone that came… Roll on the next event, keep your eyes peeled 👀🤍 #wellness #pilates #event #community

✨ Hey from The Wellness Co girlies! ✨ Did you miss us? 💚 We’ve certainly missed you… We thought we’d catch you up on everything we’ve been getting up to before we dive into all the exciting things coming up for the Wellness Co ☁️ Haley has had a busy and exciting summer so far.. After following her dream of opening Pilates Barn, her reformer Pilates studio back in May, the studio has gone from strength to strength and has been an incredible success. It truly is a beautiful, calming space, and a reflection of all the hard work and passion she’s poured into it – well done, Haley! Despite a packed schedule, Haley also found time for a memorable campervan adventure through France and Italy with some friends, her husband, and their cocker spaniel Sam. They headed to the breathtaking Dolomites, for an action-packed escape filled with hiking, stunning mountain views and unforgettable memories 🗻🚐 Emily has had such an exciting and busy year! ✨ She kicked off her 30th birthday celebrations in the beautiful Tulum, followed by unforgettable trips to Cyprus and an upcoming trip to Barcelona 🌴✈️ When she’s not travelling, she’s been making memories with family and friends, while also taking on exciting home projects and continues to turn her house into a home 🏡 On top of it all, she’s been pouring her heart into growing Wellness With Em, expanding the business and working on some incredible new projects behind the scenes. There are so many exciting things to come, and she can’t wait to share them with you. Watch this space! 🤍 Lydia has been here there and everywhere this summer! From a last minute trip to Ibiza, working on brand collaborations and creating content for her own Instagram, she is juggling lots of different plates right now! Her summer is packed full of social events, family time, health and wellness focuses and she moved into her own cottage! She’s so ready for this summer social at Torworth lakes to network and let her hair down with you all 🥂🪩♥️ We are coming up to a year of The Wellness Co … this is just the beginning… watch this space ✨💚
