Really late indoor & outdoor dump!!

I had many goals going into this year, sadly it did not end how I hoped. These 2 seasons had A LOT of ups and downs. The combination of injuries, health issues, and plateaus became very mentally draining, but I’ve definitely learned more about myself while also trying my best to stay motivated. I am excited to finish my senior year strong and very grateful for my amazing team ❤️

C ya later Cornwall 💚🤍
C ya soon Cortland 🤍❤️

Thank you Cornwall for all the amazing opportunities! Thank you to my mom for always being there to support me always i know it’s not always easy and times are hard. Thank you to my family for watching and helping me grow to be the person i am today! Thank you and congrats to my friends who have never left and stayed by my side through all the hard times. My high school career was rough. But all the people made it worth it. If you would’ve told me 2 years ago if you said i would walk across this stage i wouldn’t have believed you. Thank you God for giving me the strength to be where i am today and i can’t wait to see what comes next! 🩷❤️

Take the risk or loose the chance; you never know what's going to happen. Going into state quals I was super excited to run steeple and I was hoping for a pr and getting to go to states. I was so close and then I smashed into the barrier. That fall lost me the spot I had to go to states. My coach still gave me the opportunity to go up to states as an alternate for the 4x800, I took it. I ended up running at states, we got second and I dropped my fastest 800 time!! At nationals they needed someone to run the 800 leg of the smr, no one else wanted it so I took it. I had so much fun with these girls. Thank you for giving me the best "first" outdoor season!

2:18-4x800 split
4:47- 1500
7:28- 2k steeple

Time to step off the track and get back in the woods! #xcsoon🏃‍♀️
