Proofs for my second author illustrated book arrived. I’m so proud of the work we’ve been able to accomplish on this one . @lydiacoventry my designer has worked so hard with me to make it perfect. The book comes out early next year so keep an eye out for it. Will be doing a cover reveal nearer the date.

Uhhh???

It was some brave soul's decision to allow me to make a book (@macmillankidsuk thanks guys). So now I'm in this unprecedented position where I get to say that my debut picture book is publishing this summer!!!!!

It's got adventure, it's got mystery, it's got lots and lots and lots of fish. It's also got a chicken sidekick who carries a tiny satchel. So, I think I have covered everything that anyone could ever possibly enjoy. Probably.

I worked real hard on it and can't wait to show more but, for now, here is the cover. Thanks to Emily, Becky, Lydia and Jodie for the unwavering faith. We should make a million more maybe???

Publishing day is here at long last. My debut author-illustrated picture book is finally out in the world. A lot of hopes, wishes, hard work and luck are tied to this book. It’s a story of the strong bond between a girl and her Afro haired unicorn. It’s a book about conquering your fears and the power of friendship. I hope you all get a chance to read it.
