We have poured so much into this work, and we cannot WAIT for you to experience it.

Columbus, we have something special waiting for you.

WE ARE THE MOON. 🌘

Not just the light.
Not just the darkness.
The whole thing.

NEARSITED looks at the parts of ourselves we illuminate, the parts we hide, and what happens when we’re willing to see both.

An evening of movement, shadow, reflection, and perspective.

IT’S HAPPENINGGGGG!!!!!!

Whirlwind Dance Company’s first full-length work of Season V is officially here.

NEARSITED
October 25, 2026
The Lincoln Theatre
2pm + 7pm

NEARSITED explores the tension between what is right in front of us and what exists just beyond our view. Inspired heavily by the far side of the Moon and its connection to earth and humans, the work considers how perception shapes reality, how easily we mistake the unseen for the unknown, and what might become possible when we choose to look beyond what feels immediately visible.

What if seeing clearly means looking further away?

Tickets launch NEXT WEEK. 👀🌙

Save the date. Tell your people. We’re so ready for this one Columbus!!!
