Jrotc is something I never thought of doing before 2 years ago. The military was never something I thought would peak my interest. Looking at it all now its just crazy to look how fast all of this became something real. For those who dont really know what Jrotc is beyond the sterotypes, its a program most schools have that try to motivate young people to become better citizens in The United States of America. Most kids think its weird, and some people see it as a better way to better themselves. The class is not just a class. It is a structured semi militant way of molding kids into young men and women. Jrotc is something to take advantage of since its a free opportunity. You may ask what opportunities? Networking, Teamwork,Problem solving, critical thinking, foward thinking, patience, time management, and manners are just a few to name. This class has taught me that helping people and serving selflessly is fine. a lot of people are scared to get out of there comfort zone and this class is the perfect environment to do so.

I was honored to get Battalion Commander for the 2026-2027 school year and I just want everyone to know that I am beyond passionate about this role. I have a vision through social media, sports, community, and at school to change the narrative of this program and get people to see life doesn't come so easy but once you do hard things so much over time, now you are trained to be mentally ready for an unfair world. Things might not be so hard after all.
