Tightening up the barrel turn and continuing to trust the direction + entrance of the swing.

Some of my favorites to end off the school season.

I wanna thank everyone who has supported me through my 1 year and 3 months journey of something that I put lots of time into. I wouldn't have grown as much as I have with all your support🫶

I also want to especially thank @midmajormedia and @_oregonsbest for the help of putting my work out on the map, couldn't have gotten where I am without yall.

Thank you Oregon, stay tap'd for what's next in Arizona📍

Inside a round w/ the little sis 🥼🐀 attacking the weak spots •
Concrete Feet Drill — isolating the upper body while keeping the lower half grounded.
She tends to lose her load and her top hand, so this drill forces balance, direction, and a short path without losing the legs. Most players just chase EV or LA, when those two things should just be after thoughts.

If you work on being efficient in the load, You will find more barrels. When you find good direction. Your ball will start to backspin in the air. When you find the ground. The EV will go up.

An adjustable swing. That can stay on multiple pitches. An adjustable mind that can flow with the chaos of the game. That’s what you chase.
