You don’t often get ‘The Queen of the Castle’ come and film with you, but when Dr Ann Kaplan Mullholland turned up with a full film crew we had great fun. This is from series 2 which is out now, I’m so looking forward to series 3 & 4. I’ve worked with @annkaplan_ownit a few more times since this was filmed, she’s creative, kind, generous and funny, and we love that she’s opened @lympnecastle up so we can all enjoy the fabulous views, the restaurants and bar, it’s a beautiful place to visit ❤️ there’s a merchandise shop that’s like a children’s wonderland, (it stocks Ann’s new children’s book in there that I illustrated), and so many beautiful things.

Golden hour hit hard on our trip to Kent the other week. Hoomum had a dentist appointment and refuses to move to a dentist closer to home so we gets to go on a road trip back to her ‘Homeland’.
We went for lunch and a drink at the castle where she used to work and the sun was out in full force and golden hour started whilst we were out on the terrace overlooking the Romney marsh. We did get some nice pictures too, but it is #tongueouttuesday so had to share this one!
