Day 1 | Love Is The Way

We started our journey with a talk led by Palestinian yogi @maisimran_ followed by an eye gazing meditation, breathwork and sound healing flow.

Taking us on a culinary journey @dinnernextdoor_ led us through the rich culture of Palestine.

We ended the night with a bonfire release ritual, under the stars and a breathtaking full moon 🌝

I’m sooo happy (tad emotional 🥹)to finally share snippets of our ‘Discover Your Purpose’ Retreat we hosted in May, I struggle to express just how special this was to me so the video will hopefully show you! Thank you thank you @casa.sensoria my amazing co-host @farida.abushady for bringing this to life 🙏🏼💛✨

The theme of this retreat is very close to my heart as it aligns with my own personal journey of self-discovery and finding purpose in my life 🌈 Just like many of you, I experience moments of uncertainty, questioning, and searching for meaning. This retreat allowed us not only to share our practices, tools, and insights, but also to connect with others on a similar quest ✨

It was such an honor being able to guide and support this group and as they embraced their passions, confronted fears, and set intentions for their future. Witnessing the growth, self- empowerment and self- discovery of each person over the weekend reinforced my belief in the transformative power of expressing our true selves 🌟

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey - your courage, vulnerability, and commitment to self-exploration is powerful. I’m inspired by every participant and the incredible potential held within each and every one of us. We are so touched by your continued efforts in implementing the tools you learned with us over the weekend 🤗

I want to express my deepest appreciation to our amaaaazing facilitators who collaborated with us and the team on ground @snoopywellness. Your dedication, expertise and support ensured every detail was perfect and the serene beauty of @snoopywellness was the perfect backdrop for this magical journey 🌴🌞🌊

We are already planning our next wellness weekend retreat later this year YAY! If you are interested in joining us then drop your details in the link below so you are the first to know 💛

“I loved the jam packed schedule of awesome activities. It's very rare I get to spend some time doing some proper thinking and connecting with myself. I've been to lots of these sort of retreats before and I can honestly say this one was one of the best. Looking forward to the next one and also doing some more sound healing and ice baths on the regular.” - Simon
