and this part is called reconditioning. thats not a broken heart emoji…its a heart that’s healing. and yea yea yea i could have used the ❤️‍🩹 emoji but it wouldn’t be an accurate representation of my current heart condition. life has been stretching me to points i was never warned about…i know probably you come on ig and see my feed and think “wow, she must be living a good life” and you would be correct I mean check out slide 6 but don’t think for a second my heart doesn’t bleed and scream in silence and privately loud e v e r y d a y. Aren’t we all? Or is it just me.

it’s moments like that that fuels my souls and and makes me feel. Being able to do what I loveeeeee to be who I ammmm and be surrounded by all this energy that is quite literally from another worldddd….I’ve been doing a lot healing…slowly but surely and it’s true I might not ever be the girl I use to be but I don’t want to be…im loving seeing who she is becoming. Shout out to @purepoetrylive I knew this night was going to be special.

Slide 5 @phoxyoxy had one of the most creative pieces I’ve heard in a wild all about the GAMMMEESSS people play literally and figuratively and back literally again!!! I’m about to repost that in my stories because yall gotta hear it.

Lynae B. is a poet and storyteller whose work is rooted in personal and spiritual growth, self-discovery, and resilience. Through her words, she encourages others to embrace every stage of their journey while continuously evolving into the best version of themselves.

Her latest project, The Build Up, is a musically infused four-piece spoken word EP that explores the highs, lows, and in-between moments of navigating life’s challenges while choosing to persevere. The project serves as both a personal testimony and a source of encouragement for listeners.

Lynae’s mission is to always remind others that growth is often found in the process.
