PLEASE SHARE THIS!!!

This is the @curveatmelrose and this is my front door with one of my crazy neighbors! That’s right, ONE of them. We payed a “premium” to live in a “safe” “gated” community. It’s been everything but that. We are good tenants, we pay on time or early, we are quiet and clean and this is what we get to deal with.

We’ve gone to management with our concerns. Such as that we feel unsafe, targeted and after hours when management has left, in danger. We’ve asked to be let go from our lease so we may find a safe suitable living arrangement. The property managements response was to get attorneys.

If you have thought about living there, DO NOT!!!! I haven’t even began talking about the hidden fees or maintenance trying to enter our home while we’re not there.
