It was an honor to be one of the participating sponsors alongside @peace_coffee for this year's Dinner Du Nord event. We're still swooning over the beautiful al fresco offerings from so many talented Minneapolis restaurants. 🥂

@dinnerdunord returned to Nicollet Mall last night for the second year, transforming seven blocks in downtown Minneapolis into “America’s longest dinner table.”    The beautiful late summer night brought 38 restaurants and 2,100 guests dining around the table together.   The participating restaurants ranged from food trucks to fusion bistros to elevated steakhouses, some cooking in the restaurants downtown, while some were firing food right on the streets. All had prix-fixe menus, and attendees were able to tailor the experience to their personal tastes and cost preferences. 🎥 @caitabrams

Nothing better than a mid-week dinner out with longtime girlfriends! ❤️ Wednesday night was all about good food, great conversation, lots of laughter, and catching up with women who have been part of my life for so many years. We enjoyed a fun evening @lynettempls in Minneapolis, and as always, the time together was the best part. Life gets busy, but there’s something special about picking up right where you left off with longtime friends. So grateful for these friendships and the memories we continue to make together. 🥂❤️ Here’s to more dinners, more laughter, and more girl time! #girlfriends

@lynettempls (3753 42nd Ave S.) opened about two years ago in Minneapolis where this spot pays homage to the popular Richfield restaurant Lyn65 that shuttered in 2021 as two of the co-owners were part of the Lyn65 team. Lynette does a great job of balancing capturing the essence of Lyn65 to make a welcoming, elevated neighborhood spot. Lynette serves lots approachable options with an elevated twist and hints of global inspiration like the Stuffed French Toast or “Bouchon” Quiche for breakfast/brunch, sourdough pizzas (love the Lamb Sausage one), a great burger, shareables, and sandwiches for lunch as well as heartier entrees and specials for dinner like the Gluten-Free Fried Chicken special Wednesday nights that’s includes a 1/2 chicken, cheesy grits, and kale greens. Cocktails similarly are elevated riffs on the classics that balance familiar flavors with a creative twist like their floral, citrus forward refreshing Spritz with notes of orange blossom. Complimentary soft serve is available at the end of your meal and is always a great way to cap off an outing here. Lynette is open Tuesdays-Sundays 8AM-9PM (10PM Fri & Sat). 🍔🍗 . . . . . #mplsfoodie #friedchicken #cheeseburger #minneapolis #minnesota
