Yesterday, the moment that made my heart sparkle with joy was an unexpected encounter with one of my forever friends, Mel Tunney! 💖✨
We laughed, cried, hugged, a LOT, and caught up on way too much life that we’ve missed sharing together. We have decades of history, memories, laughter, and friendship that I will always treasure. Some friendships are simply woven into the fabric of your heart, no matter how much time passes. 💕
And as if that wasn’t enough, the added bonus was running into our longtime friend, Lynn Fuston! What a sweet surprise!
My heart was full. It was a GREAT day! 💓✨

💡 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. ⏰

Sonic Lighthouse may be a new name, but our journey in crafting compelling content and storytelling for pro audio companies began over a decade ago.

Take 𝙁𝙞𝙭 𝙄𝙩 𝙄𝙣 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙘, for example. In just three days back in 2012, @juliandavid and a small team produced and shot an entire video series for @ribbonmics, capturing insights from industry legends like Vance Powell, Chuck Ainlay, and Chris Mara. Heck, he even caught John McBride of Blackbird Studios sneaking a smoke—immortalized in glorious 720p. 😉

Sure, the production style and resolution mark it as a product of its time, but the heart of the series—personal stories and timeless recording wisdom—remains just as relevant today.

At Sonic Lighthouse, we believe great content isn’t just about making noise. It resonates.

Small but mighty.

@schoepsmikrofone CMC 1 U with the MK 2 H has been a staple on almost every session we do here.
