Great morning on the beach with Lynn University Women’s Basketball! 🏀🇺🇸

The team traded the basketball court for some Marine Corps PT, putting their teamwork, communication, and endurance to the test. Appreciate the effort and intensity these ladies brought to the workout!🔥💪

Sunday, I had the opportunity to work out with some amazing college coaches and learn from them on the court. I also got the chance to speak with several coaches and hear firsthand what they look for in a college basketball player.

A huge thank you to Megan Dzikas from Florida Southern College for hosting such a great showcase and giving us the opportunity to compete, learn, and grow.

I also really enjoyed getting the chance to speak with Julia Tucker from Lynn University and Niesha Lowe from Warner University. I’m grateful for their advice, encouragement, and insight into what it takes to play at the next level.

Definitely a great experience and another opportunity to keep learning, working, and getting better! 💪🏀
