Lynn Women’s Lacrosse ‘32 💙⚔️🌴

I am so excited and humbled to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career playing lacrosse at Lynn University!

First and foremost, thank you to my family for all your sacrifices. Mom, thank you for introducing me to lacrosse and being my biggest fan through all of the laughs, tears, long car rides, and weekends spent on the sidelines. Your endless love and support mean everything and I couldn’t not be more grateful for being by my side throughout this process. Dad, thank you for being my biggest role model, teaching me the value of hard work, and for your dedication throughout my recruitment. I appreciate all the sacrifices you made for me to get me everywhere I needed whether it was tournaments, showcases, or visits. I seriously couldn’t have done this without you guys!

To all the coaches who have helped me grow: Coach Jess, thank you for bringing back my love for the game, believing in me from day one, and pushing me to be my best. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach! Coach Vanessa, thank you for your constant support and for being such a great director. Coach Meli, thank you for being an amazing mentor and for all of your understanding throughout this process.

To my teammates and best friends who have supported me throughout this journey. thank you for always cheering me on. I’m so grateful for each of you!

Finally, thank you to Coach Richmond and Coach Tornetta for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to fulfill my dreams of playing collegiate lacrosse! I am so excited and can’t wait for what’s ahead!

😵‍💫 Pain Point 1: You see a defender, but you don’t recognize where their weight is going.

🧱 Pain Point 2: You make your move without forcing the defender to react first.

🐌 Pain Point 3: You rely on speed alone instead of creating an advantage with your feet, body and stick.

Here’s the secret 👀

Great lacrosse dodgers don’t just memorize moves. They read leverage, recognize the defender’s positioning, then attack the space they’re giving you.

If the defender gives you top side, attack it. If they overplay your strong hand, change the angle. If their hips open, GO. 💨

The goal isn’t to make the fanciest move.

The goal is to make the defender wrong. 😈
