STAY FIT x AAMU CHEER I’ve been working on & off with @aamucheer for almost 20 years, I actually made a pregnancy announcement in Red Lobster to the squad when I was pregnant with Christian. This year I found myself comparing my body to the bodies of young ladies almost half my age, but after the accident with my son that could have been fatal without the grace of God, it changed my outlook. Now I’m just grateful that he’s still here & for the strength he gave me to show up & push through. Grateful for Life! 🙌🏾 These ladies showed up, worked hard & I’m so proud of them! Love Y’all! Go Bulldogs! #gratefull #aamu #cheerworkouts #stayfit #gobulldogs

We had a ball in Daytona Beach, FL!!! AAMU cheer placed 12 in the nation!! I’m so proud of them!! I enjoyed quality time with my baby, Lyric. Being a college cheerleader requires a lot of time, dedication and sacrifice. I am so grateful that she gets to do what she loves while maintaining a 3.0 GPA in her studies. Congratulations to Lyric and AAMU cheerleaders and coaches for a great cheer season! 😘📣🎉🏝️💕#hbcu #cheers #cheermomlife #collegiate #blackgirlmagic #beach #sisterhood #cheersisters🎀
