💧MEET ALYSSA💧

Fun facts:
•New mom to 5 month old baby Lincoln
•ΑΣΤ alumni
•born and raised in NEPA (anyone watch The Office?)
•Animal lover (I have a Bernese mountain dog, three rescue cats and a gecko)
•Big fan of hiking, painting, Braves baseball and the beach (+ learning to love golf since it’s my husband’s favorite thing to do)

Teaching certs/experience:
•None, but I am excited to become certified and share my passion for fitness (+ some fun playlists)!!

Why I’m excited to teach at Drip:
•I am excited to teach at Drip because I have always been passionate about fitness and have fallen in love with Drip’s unique hybrid format! From horseback riding, to track & field, to kickboxing, to yoga, cycling and barre; I have found each and every platform to be inspiring. I believe that Drip takes it to the next level. Working out has always been my outlet where I can focus on the moment, take a deep breath and give myself enough grace to let the rest of the world go. Drip provides exactly that and more. From my very first 50 minute class I was hooked. Not only are the playlists engaging and fun, but the workouts are motivating and challenging in the best way! I am excited to have the opportunity to bring that same energy in hopes of inspiring others to also fall in love with becoming their strongest self (physically & mentally), ending each & every workout with a cool lavender towel and a positive mindset!

July Lincoln Photo Dump!!
In this last Month my little buddy experienced a lot of firsts! From meeting more family, syncing up his Cousin on how to work us. His first SWIM! And unfortunately his first time experiencing “stuck up shit creek without a paddle”. Lincoln has visibly grown so much physically, emotionally, and mentally in his 5th month and we can’t wait to see you hit the next milestone after milestone. ❤️ #proudpop
