Romanticism (noun):
a philosophical movement that values deep emotional connections, self-expression, and the unique path of the individual.

According to psychologists like Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow, romanticizing life can be beneficial, fostering self-actualization, personal growth, and mental well-being.

Romanticizing life involves appreciating the present moment, finding joy in everyday experiences, and creating meaningful connections. This mindset can help reduce stress and boost self-confidence. By focusing on the beauty and significance of life’s experiences, we can cultivate a more optimistic outlook and our their mental health.

Key aspects of romanticizing life include:
• Emotional emphasis: Valuing emotions and intuition as essential tools for personal growth and connection.
• Individuality: Embracing one’s unique experiences and perspectives.
• Self-expression: Authentic self-expression and personal growth.

By adopting this mindset, we can lead more fulfilling lives. 😌🤍

• daily movement you enjoy⛷️🧘🏽‍♀️🩰🤸🏻‍♀️
• quality sleep 😴
• our community 🤗👯‍♀️👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏾

80% of chronic disease is driven by lifestyle, yet our first response is almost always a pill.

None of this is “alternative.” It’s foundational. And it’s what gets skipped in a 7-minute office visit.

I’m Lyssa, a Holistic Health Practitioner and this page exists to give you the education your PCP didn’t have time for.
