Nine days into 30.

30 kilometres for 30 years. A run to commemorate the journey so far and welcome the decade ahead.

But this was never just about the distance.

As I enter my thirties, I want to challenge myself in ways I haven’t before. To discover what I’m capable of, learn from my experiences, and share those lessons along the way.

Through TrueMohMentum, I’ll be documenting the next decade of my fitness journey. The progress, the setbacks, the lessons, and the people I meet along the way.

There are bigger distances ahead, new challenges to take on, and a few ambitious ideas already in motion.

From Lake Simcoe to Toronto (Nov 20), across the city from Kipling to Kennedy to STC (Dec 18), and eventually to the starting line of something even bigger in 2027.

But more than anything, I want to explore how movement can bring people together, support local communities and small businesses, and inspire others to take on challenges of their own.

A special thank you to @ghaffaraziz9211 , @jack_bill28 , @lysses.g for being there throughout the night, supporting me and helping make those 30 kilometres possible.

The distance was my challenge, but the experience was something we shared. A reminder that even our personal journeys are shaped by the people who show up for us.

And that’s exactly the kind of community I hope to build through TrueMohMentum.

I may be the one running, but this journey was never meant to be travelled alone.

The first 30 years shaped me. The next 10 will challenge me. And somewhere along the way, I hope to bring a few people together. Small businesses like @lestercube who will help us raise awareness, to community volunteers @houseofneighbours turning these ideas into meaningful action.

Because the goal isn’t just to cover the distance, but to make an impact along the way. We’re just getting started.
