The pool may be coming in Phase 2, but this pool bath is ready for its debut.

Connected to the bar and with door to the exterior, this little space at our recent mid-century full home renovation has plenty of personality. We went with a mid-century inspired patterned floor, paired with a custom floating vanity to keep things feeling open and airy.

Pool or no pool, this little bathroom knows how to make a splash! 💦

Pretty excited for this killer wallpaper install. Less excited about the plateful of chocolate chip cookies the dog just ate….

Some bad ass details for a bad ass lady worth noting in this kitchen. The island edge, custom hood and especially the touch of pink on the lights. I see you.

One of the best transformations I’ve been a part of.
👏👏👏 Bringing life back into the home, to match the joy and love that already resides inside!

Sometimes the best design decisions begin with a little panic! 😅

We fell in love with this one-of-a-kind tile for the primary bathroom... so much so that our client bought every remaining box before it disappeared forever.

Then came the unexpected.

Construction delays.
A few damaged boxes.
One box that mysteriously vanished.

And suddenly, we had less tile than we needed -- with no way to order more.

Instead of compromising the design, we found another solution.

In fact, we turned the challenge into a feature that, in our opinion, made the space even stronger.

To this day, only the architect, builder, and I know exactly where the design changed.

👀 Think you can spot it? Watch closely and tell us your guess in the comments.
