Now I’m on the ab machine. No matter what I’m doing whether it’s upper body or lower body, I always add core in. Core is always important to the body and not only it keeps the body balanced but helps get the body fit and shape quicker. #COREEXERCISE #ABS #WORKOUT #BEFIT #BEINSHAPE

As I work on biceps, I also work on my triceps for balance. Biceps and triceps always must be worked on together to bring the that perfect balance. So I’m doing 3 sets of 15 Reps. #WORKOUT #BEFIT #BEINSHAPE #DEDICATION #LOVEYOURBODYNOW

Working on lay pull downs. But doing pyramid sets. Pyramid sets causes you to do light reps of 15 on the 1st set. And 12 reps on the 2nd set as the weights get a little heavier. 10 reps on the 3rd set as I a little more heavier. And on the 4th and last set I go real heavy and do 8 reps. And without no rest I super light and do 30!reps for the burn out. This builds strength and muscle endurance. #WORKOUT #MYWORKOUTS #PERSONALTRAINING #STRENGTHTRAINING #STRENGTHBUILDING #MUSTWORKOUT #BEFIT #BEINSHAPE
