In honor of little bro entering his first year of college this week, here’s a couple clips from the belt I had to hand him 😭 He had to do 2 suicides and 50 push ups 🤝🏾 “Thank you, Chef”

Three different days, 3 different weeks, 3 different months.. but the same year… 3 different venues, three different brothers, 3 different new sisters, 3 different suits, 3 different dresses, for 3 different weddings… but the same flower girls and the same big brother.

It’s been amazing to see my younger brothers take the next step in their lives, with their now wives. That is a bar. Thankful to my last minute brothers for including my girls to be apart of their wedding, doing the best thing they know how to do…. Throwing stuff! 🌹🌸🌺🧺

Congratulations to my brothers and new sisters!

Forever grateful for our family, near and far, and everyone who shared in our special day.

What an AMAZING “GET HIIT” session we had tonight! The people, the effort, the energy.. it was all amazing and exactly what I envisioned when creating this!
A space for everyone that doesn’t feel like they can, to prove themselves wrong and ignite that fire to continue to better their health little by little! A judgement free zone and more of a uplifting, “you got it” “keep going” “try again” “here try it this way” zone!
Thank you so much to everyone that came tonight!!
You guys are the standard 👏🏾‼️

You only fail if you don’t try! Otherwise you win, or learn how to from the attempt
