Always good vibes in the house when this gal is in ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Her pixie haircut was inspired by the forever badass @pink ! Earlier this year we chopped off about a foot of hair and old energy. Change feels good ♡

Most people think they’re training abs… but they’re really just straining their lower back.

Before you even come up for a sit-up, press your lower back into the floor and lock your core in. That’s how you actually activate your abs, not just go through the motion.

Control > speed. Activation > ego.

If you don’t fix this, you’ll feel it in your back—not your core.

From then to now, through ups and downs always got each other’s back 🤜🏽🤛🏽 Thank you for making 002 special sis🤎

Some of the best advice I’ve received thus far from a mentor “If the music moves something inside you, it will move someone else.” Always keeping this top of mind.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to listen to 001 it truly means more than you know.

Music that moves🤎

I’m learning that when God calls you to do something no matter how uncomfortable it may be, you do it. I’m so excited to dive straight in 100% on what God has placed on my life. I thank you @mahogani.noni for not even questioning and being open and willingly to do what God also placed on your life with me ❤️

We will be doing Bible studies weekly ❤️ looking forward to what God has in store for US ‼️ My heart is filled ❤️

We’re excited to kick off our Runner’s Spotlight series! 💚💙This month, we’re shining the light on @mahogani.noni for showing up, staying consistent, and bringing amazing energy to every run!!! 👏🏃‍♀️
.
A message from our Runner herself: “I’m incredibly grateful for the GCO Run Club, I tried other clubs in the past but due to distance I wasn’t able to attend consistently. However GCO being so close to home, offers me the accountability I need, knowing that I have to meet up with the club every Saturday morning has changed my outlook on running from a solo thing to community building. Having a group of runners, that I can run long distance miles with has been such a blessing. I’m able to push to longer distances, as well as encourage beginner runners to further their current personal best. I’ve thankful to have become great friends with many of the runners & am always happy to cheer & support them-in my case this meant jumping on a 75Hard challenge invitation by Daniel, which led me to drop 21lbs! Thanks to Beba’s mobility guidance I even ran my own personal 13.1mile half marathon (1st part solo & the 2nd part) guiding the GCO runners through a new trail at Tribble Mill. The friendships that I’ve built at GCO, in my opinion can best be summed up by Proverbs 27:17:
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.””
.
Keep shining, Mahogani, we’re blessed to have you!! 💚💙 #runnerspotlight #gcorunclub
