This one is so special. 🕯️

With the help of our amazing friend @bell_star_tx, we have turned our front room into a community altar for all to add to this Second Saturday.

On October 10th from 7PM to 11PM, stop by @souplaws and I’s open studio for a night of art, trick-or-treat goodie bags, an artisan market full of local vendors, and a community ofrenda where you can leave a photocopy of a loved one you would like to honor.

No photo to bring? No worries. We will have cards available to write their names on instead.

What a magical night for community. 🕯️

October’s Second Saturday has a name. 🚂

The Deadhead.

In railroading, a deadhead move is when equipment travels empty, not carrying cargo, just repositioning for what comes next. It is movement with purpose.

We are a little over a month out from something big along the Lone Star Trail. October is us getting into position.

Open studios, artisan market, Halloween vibes, and a community ofrenda. October 10th at 7PM.
