Fargo and Duluth were sick, thank you to everyone who pulled up for our first out of town shows and thank you to @adams_schizophrenia and @northcore.collective for having us. Next up for us is our Midwest run with Kalot, if your in one of these cities pull up and show support!!

1 Year of WW

365 Days ago we got asked to fill in at a gig at cloudland, and even though we had only been playing together as a group for a week we decided to take it! This kicked off an absolutely insane year of gigs, studio time, tour, hangouts, and memories.

We are super thankful to everyone who has taken photos and videos with us in them, Minneapolis has some of the most creative and innovative artists in the world!! (check out the tags and hire them 🙏🙏)

A very special thank you to @ayelajurado @storycountyofficial @amateurhourisnow @katytothekelly_photos @maxomoment @cdawg.soup.yuh for being who you are and doing what you do.

I have been meaning to make this post for so long, and at this point, it feels far past due. Nonetheless, here it is and here I am. I joined Roadside Casino a little over a year ago and there was no way I could have predicted where they would take me, and how much they would change me. This band, Roadside Casino, has seriously been my life for the past year. Roadside Cansino has facilitated my personal growth, both as an artist and as a person. They have taught me to be both vulnerable and strong at the same time. They have helped me be so much more social and confident in myself, and through that, I have been able not only to meet but become close with some of the coolest people I have ever known. Through them, I have learned how to communicate, grow, and just be open with myself and others. They have taught me to be kind and cordial within every situation and showed me how much community, and especially the people within the community, matters. I could not ask for a better band, with better people, than Roadside Casino.

I would like to thank Donnie for being the best blueprint for me when I joined the band. I would like to thank Rob for being one of the original driving forces of the band and for putting up with the silly makeup even though he disliked it so much. I would like to thank Worm for pushing me so hard in my drumming abilities, and for helping me be the most open with myself I have ever been. I would like to thank Bird for showing me that I can have so much confidence even within my own doubt, and for helping me be so fucking stubborn and strong. Lastly, but certainly not least-ly, I would like to thank Mara for being the best inspiration I could ever ask for, both musically and just as a person. Thank you Roadside Casino for making me into the best version of myself, I love you Roadside Casino.

There is so much more that I could say, but I think that I’ll leave the rest to nuance and interpretation. Again, thank you Roadside Casino, and thank you to literally everyone who has helped us be the best band that we could be.
