🧠✨ **WHAT IF THE SPACES WE INHABIT COULD HELP US FEEL BETTER?**

Have you ever entered a room and instantly felt calmer, more focused, or more energized without knowing why?

That’s where **neuroarchitecture** begins. 🌿

By bringing together insights from neuroscience, psychology, and architecture, we explore how light, sound, color, materials, and spatial design can influence our emotions, behavior, and well-being.

At @m2holisticstudio we believe design should go beyond aesthetics and function. It should support the people who experience it every day.

✨ Curious to learn more?

Through our Neuroarchitecture Masterclasses, we invite you to discover the science behind human-centered spaces and how to apply these principles to your home, workplace, and everyday environments.

Would you like to explore the connection between your brain and your environment? Comment 🧠 or send us a DM to learn more.

Biophilic design 🌿
It is more than just aesthetics. It is a strategy to bring the body back into balance by reconnecting interior spaces with nature.
.
.
Natural light, organic materials, clean airflow, and living elements like plants work together to regulate stress, support circadian rhythm, and improve overall wellbeing. When a space feels alive the nervous system responds by softening, focusing, and restoring. Design is not just what you see it is what your body feels.

Why is emotional health important and energy talk important subjects to think about? Because we are animals learning to have a human experience. If you cannot tame your own fears, desires and impulses the same will drive you mad and create havoc around you. Energy follows thought & emotion.

In our studio we understand energy as being the equivalent to Spirit, therefore psychic abilities occur here. Also, asymptomatic illnesses are usually born from an unrecognized energetic knot which is usually triggered by an unprocessed occurrence or trauma.

Understanding energy is true technology which surpasses any other man made invention. Similar to how nature has its own technology and we are just simply in awe of it. It is a humble recognition to understand that action does not necessarily imply reaction but rather awareness in order to continue expanding in its potential and in its proportion (#Fibonacci harmonious growth).

Exactly 4 days ago the Celtic culture celebrated what is known as Beltane. #Beltane was considered a pagan holiday to celebrate fertility in which they paid homage to the sun god Bel (which stands for Belenus). The holiday was celebrated by bonfire and dancing among other activities. This represented in a way burning away the old and welcoming the new - mid spring celebration.

In Mexico the goddess known as Ix Chel was the associated with the moon, fertility, water, rainbows and her animal totem was the rabbit (can't help but notice how soon this is to easter and perhaps why the puzzle of the easter bunny comes to mind - symbol of rebirth and fertility, perhaps this is also why Alice in Wonderland's rabbit was always late - hinting towards female pregnancy and new beginings? - curious thought 🐇). It was said that Ix Chel became to lover of Kinnich Ahau which was the sun god, and in one aspect he was the god of the underworld as the jaguar lord known as Ahau-Kin. Ix Chel gave birth to four jaguar gods, also known as the four directions (which is a reminder of the day of the Chakana, or Andian Cross - celebrated may 3rd). It was said that she found sanctuary with the vulture divinity once the sun god became jealous of her taking a new lover of the morning star, his brother. Whatever she did was not enough to take his jealousy away and she eventually left him for good by taking the form of a jaguar and becoming invisible whenever he came searching for her.

5 de mayo is considered for Mexicans a day of hope, unity and freedom. Sometimes it is in legends where we can see how cultures come together from Celtics, to the Andes and Mexico. Popularly you sip on margaritas and have tequila along with Mexican food today, little did you know you were part of the celebration all along...🔥
