One week in of Hybrid@home and my clients are killing it.
With more sessions booked in this week I can’t wait to see even more commitment and results from them all.

There is still room for a couple more clients, so if your struggling with your training at home DM me for more information.

A huge thanks to @work_design_creative_partner for the new artwork

Happy new year

What a year. Thank you 2018 you have been an adventure both for the business and me personally and i leave you in a better place than what i started you in.

Some highlights include, my new branding thanks to @work_design_creative_partner, becaming an @team_exos Performance specialist, delivering over 1600 1-1, small group, large group session, workshops and consultations to some fantastic clients, athletes and businesses, the continued work with @bottrillmatthew and @teambottrill, meeting and working with the legend @tri_thedon, visiting the @boardmanperformancecentre and @thebendingbarbell at @fit3sixty to take the business to the next level and had some great times with some great family and friends.
I have made a few mistakes and learnt a lot of lessons ( about distance athletes and babies). The thing that makes this year better than any other, is when my amazing wife and my rock @sclarke7686 made me the proudest man on earth and brought my gorgeous daughter @bella_grace_clarke into our lives. I couldn’t love either of them more.

Bring on another adventure in 2019. Plans are already in place but lets see what else it will spring up.

Thank you for the great gift Matt, @work_design_creative_partner.
@bella_grace_clarke has some growing to do to fit in her new work uniform but she’s working on it.
