hi all 🤍 I'm so excited to finally pop on here and properly introduce myself!!

I'm Malia also known as @m__arcc and the heart behind The Restorative Club. Sound and somatic work carried me through some of my lowest lows and all the way back to my highest highs, and somewhere along the way I knew I had to share it with others!!

None of this would exist without the people who poured into me. I'm eternally grateful to @theyogadirection for this training, and to my incredible instructors, @sirensolar and @iam.alexadanielle for their wisdom and care every step of the way. To the beautiful women I walked this journey beside: @lexthesoundalchemist and @isa111fab thank you for the magic of learning alongside you. And a huge, heartfelt thank you to Christine for making this possible and holding space for all of us to grow🙏🏻

I feel so blessed to carry these skills now, and even more so to get to share them with you. This is only the beginning, and I can't wait to learn from and grow with this community🌀

Mind if we brag for a second? 🤍
Our very first Somatic & Sound Training at the Shala was a beautiful success.

From the energy in the room to the depth of the conversations, this weekend was everything we hoped it would be.

Every question, every shared experience, and every moment of presence helped create something truly special.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for bringing your curiosity, your openness, and your heart. You helped shape the beginning of what we know will become a meaningful part of our community.

Here’s to the first of many. ॐ

so much chaos been happening in my inner and outer world i haven’t gotten a chance to sharing the sliver of hope this training was to me 💛

@iam.alexadanielle has been more than a teacher to me but a guide, a mentor, and a person i have the honor of calling my friend. her @sirensolar & @tydcpg have truly changed my life and hold such a special place in my heart. thank you ladies for being elixirs for transformation on my path ⭐️

my greatest takeaways from this training were much deeper than the concepts we learned- i no longer think my greatest goal in life is to become better everyday. instead i just wanna walk a path where i feel acceptance for myself in my heart for the person i am eternally in the process for becoming. 🌀

& to my sisters-there is nothing more special then being held and supported in sisterhood as breakthroughs happen. so much love was present during this training. ♾️

Beyond the meetings, projects, and day-to-day work. This is what keeps our team going.

The little routines add up.

From what helps us stay focused and energized throughout the workday to the ways we prioritize recovery, movement, family time, and resetting after hours.

Can you relate to anyone on our team? Let us know!

Such a wonderful trip to London! It’s the start of our crazy world tour for the next few months. I’m going to try to be better about posting and take you all along for the journey! This London trip was for @garybrecka speaking at @healthoptimisationsummit with @timbiohacker and a bunch of amazing speakers! 🙌🏼 Then we ran a couple @ultimatehumanpod podcasts with one of my favorites @realbarbaraoneill 🎉 @max_mx2 and @m__arcc ran the show while @alena_haughey and @noahry4n toured on bikes all over town. The best part was that we got picked up in @theultimatehuman Taxis promoting the big @healf and @drinkh2tab event coming up in October back in London! It was an incredible trip seeing friends and hanging with family! ❤️
