Great mounted meeting today! We set up cones to work on our lines while jumping a course! We also practiced one rein stops, polo wrapping skills, and worked on learning bit types. Fun was had by all!

Meet Madelyn and her partner, Excyte LD! 🌟 These two are a force to be reckoned with in the dressage ring. Fresh off their Grand Champion win at Arabian Sport Horse Regionals, they're unstoppable! 🏆💥 Our portrait session was all about celebrating their success and creating timeless memories to cherish for a lifetime. #ChampionVibes #DressageDuo #RideOrDie #jessicadarbyphotography #equinephotographer #equinefineart #arabianHorse

"My horse stands just fine." I'm sure they do, but this is still a little different!

Things like standing still in a pasture without grazing or rooting, or hanging out in an unfamiliar part of the property, especially if the other horses are curious about what's happening. Many things can still be "new" within the context of a portrait session.

It's essential to practice and emulate what they'll be going through during our time together so everyone is happy and relaxed for your portraits.

Excyte and Madelyn got into the perfect groove at their session and it results speak for themselves!
