Have you noticed the women that most impact you…

They aren’t perfect.

So allow yourself to go after what you love. Make mistakes. Fail. Start again.

Show up beautifully imperfect.

We got you. ✨

You don’t need a big moment
to be proud of yourself.

Not everything meaningful is loud.

Sometimes it’s:

💜showing up when it would’ve been easier not to
💜trying again when your confidence took a hit
💜holding it together when no one noticed

The small things?

They’re not small.
They’re the proof you’re becoming stronger than you were yesterday. 💜

CUV day 4️⃣💜✨

Themes for today: taking chances, caring for your body, being brave, and chasing what sets your soul on fire ✨

We started with Amanda Dowd, who opened up an honest conversation about performance anxiety—helping our girls normalize every emotion while giving them real tools to reset, breathe, and ground themselves.

Then Lakyn Waters created a lyrical routine that honestly had us in tears… a powerful reminder, through movement, that they are already enough as they are 🤍

Katie Regan, athlete and dietician, helped break through the noise of diet culture—teaching the girls how to fuel their bodies, not fight them. Because strong, nourished bodies perform and feel better.

On the ice, we worked with Molly Moenkhoff on creative movement-bringing our piece to life. It’s ready… just a little polish left before our 5K finale tomorrow. Molly leads with so much patience and empowerment, and it shows in every girl out there.

We slowed things down with lunch + crafting (door hangers + lots of laughs)—a moment to just be girls 💕

Then we heard from Wild Ice skater Angelina Huang, whose story left us all inspired. After burnout, she rediscovered her love for skating on frozen lakes in Wisconsin—and now travels the world, skating on glaciers and capturing breathtaking moments. Proof that your love for something can evolve… and come back even stronger. Her movie is in production and we got to see the trailer before anyone else!!

Carley Bryant + Mindy Grimes brought the energy with a barre-inspired bootcamp (aka the ultimate “Barre-bie” moment 💗)-equal parts strength and deep rest, giving the girls space to reset.

We wrapped movement with partner yoga led by Emily Boyd-full of laughter, teamwork, and a little challenge.

And we closed the day back with Carley, reminding the girls to follow their hearts, trust their own timeline, and know they don’t have to choose just one path. As an ER nurse, Disney on Ice Princess, half-marathoner, and Pure Barre instructor-she’s living proof that life can hold many dreams at once.

Full hearts. Brave steps. And a whole lot of magic in the in-between moments ✨

Our BARRE babe Mindy will be at CUV 2026! 💜🔥✨

Mindy loves barre3 because it welcomes every body and meets you exactly where you are.

For the past 10 years, she’s seen how powerful movement can be when it’s rooted in freedom- not pressure, perfection, or expectations.

Her classes are equal parts grounding and energizing, creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Mindy truly embodies what it means to leave people better than she found them - and we’re so lucky to have her on our team.

Cannot wait for her to move with the girls! 💜💪🏼🩷

My wish for you is that whenever you land you find love

I’m lucky to always have people that hold my heart as soft and I hold theirs…

This past 6 months has been the most challenging and loving…

Let your people love you, expect it, give it to God and see what beauty grows in the soil

See you soon Nash..
cheers DC
