💛 Today, we're sharing another message from our friend and community member, Ellie Kremer.

Ellie lives with Parkinson’s and in this new message, she speaks from the heart about what truly keeps her going:

✨ The instructors who motivate her
✨ The staff who cheer her on
✨ The friends who have become family
✨ And the programs that help her feel strong, confident, and connected

When you give to the Annual Campaign, you help ensure that every person, at every age and every ability, has a place where they can grow, thrive, and belong.

💛 Your kindness keeps stories like Ellie’s shining.

Powerful ~ physically strong.

This is a call to get your butt in action!!

Years ago - actually as recent as one - I would have never had the confidence to walk into a huge unknown gym - and workout.

Things are totally different now. I got my butt moving. Hired a personal trainer - who is near and dear to me. She has provided me with tools and workouts and the boost I needed to go anywhere and get a workout done. From a condo/beach workout while on vacation to opening my phone and using one of the gym workouts crafted for me… I feel ready. Thanks @m_poweredwellness.

This made me think of yoga. How I always wanted to begin - but had no idea how to. So I found someone to teach me and now … I go anywhere at anytime. Just like the second photo shows. An unknown spot with an unknown teacher while on vacation (and was lucky enough to have others join - it’s always more fun with friends). And it was absolutely amazing!

We all need to begin somewhere/sometime.

This is your call, to get your booty in action, to feel powerful and do something for yourself.

Join me for the 4 Week Beginners Series rooted in teaching a solid foundation and the fundamentals of understanding breath and the physicalness of yoga.

There is still time to sign up! We BEGIN tomorrow Wednesday, April 10th at 7 pm. There is a great group already to go. Grab a friend, a mate or show up for yourself.

Commit to starting something new for YOU!

When: 4/10 - 17 - 24 and 5/1
Time: 7 to 8:15 pm
Where: @collectivevibes_oc
Investment: $111

Link to sign up is in my bio - or go to Collective Vibes website. It’s easy peasy and will feel so good!
