I like this team @arcticairconltd as we win races and have amazing sponsors like @condorcycles who give us more cool kit 👊 Thanks @condorcycles
Big shout out to Simon Barnes and his crew for putting on another fantastic race at Fete Du Velo. If you're ever passing Redbourne you should pop into his cafe.

Great podium at the @bmcr.40 Regional Crit Championship organised by Ollie of Kingsnorth International at @cycloparkcharity
A well deserved🥉bronze medal in the B's category after my mates & local legends @ma77holmes & @haste_cc

Hard fought race on a very windy technical circuit, with them 2 away early on,was a very difficult last lap, needed to cover all the attacks & hope for the best in the head wind uphill finish to beat the other B's left in the sprint

Ross Courtnell just went and won the British Cycling National Masters Circuit Championships! 🎉

Ross sprinted to victory in the 45-49 open category.

@fullgascycling was in charge of running this event, which took place at Lee Valley Velopark at the weekend.

Congratulations, Ross!

🥈in Bmcr Region 9 @victoriacyclingclub Crit @redbridge_cycling_centre on sat 26th of march

Decisive attack at 6 laps to go,after a series of attempts, made it clear from a quality big field of bmcr regulars

Big result, totally deserved, happy that came early in the season, showing right attitude always pays off 👊

Best i've felt coming out of a solid block of racing

BMCR race @veloschils @colchestersportspark come away with 8th in a strong field today managed to get up the road for few laps, eventually split the bunch in 2 & was victim of the @richmond_rogers lead out train @arcticaircon_rt sitting 4th wheel on the right ender, lost them & ended up getting pipped at the line by 3 others. All in all happy the way i raced, with more Masters racing adding up on @britishcycling calendar i will have my chances in this short season & glad i’m over this month of may that was so busy

Masters E123 sat 18th of may
Hillingdon,last of this series
22nd overall, didn’t fancy contesting the sprint after an incredibly fast race flat out from the gun
Many others agree that was a proper National Masters🌪
