actions speak louder than words. we create because we need to create. we make things happen for the better good. art is not ego, it’s community and spiritual. at least that’s how I always see it.

Art Means So Much #12: Marta Braga @ma_beat_ is a designer & illustrator. she creates bold, vibrant, & playful artwork inspired by everyday life, pop culture, & the underground scene.
"Much of my work is currently rooted in the music & club culture across Berlin & Europe. I chose 'Peak Time' to represent my work, as my creativity is heavily fueled by late nights out, the energy of the dance floor, & the people who bring it to life.
Originally created for an exhibition, this piece zooms in on the raw, intimate details of a typical night out: the distinctive shoes, wild patterns, & energetic dance moves that make everyone unique. It’s a love letter to those subtle, edgy & quirky moments on the dance floor that you might miss at a glance, but that truly capture the essence of night culture."

A full day built around queer community, music, creativity, conversation, food, dancing, and those little moments that remind you you’re not alone here.

The kind of day where you bump into old friends, meet new ones, discover independent brands, talk to strangers, stay longer than planned, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just queer people coming together for a really good summer day in Berlin 🌞
