I'm blessed to have worked with this amazing team, cast and overall community. I wrote Hood Love Story because I actually wanted to hear about real love in Hip-Hop. I want to share a story about what healthy love feels and looks like! A road map for those who haven't traveled. For those that didn't see a positive representation of love at home, at school and beyond!

I don't want us to think that we must go to a new place to recieve love! Love is all around us and true love changes things! & Hood Love changes the world!!! Our radical love and acceptance, moves mountains and sustains hearts!! I can't wait to show you mines 🤗🤗🤗🤭🥲

Thank you to every single person that made this project possible! Hood Love Story talks about what healthy and intentional love looks like in the hood!!! It speaks from the space of emotional security, care, boldness and collective community witnessing love in real time. I'm so proud to have put together this project alongside my brother @k.w.a._ ✨️✨️✨️✨️ We wrote this start to finish in Brooklyn, had our producer in the Bronx and then came back to Brooklyn to record and lay down this track!!!
