1/ You stop comforting complainers ✋:
If someone is complaining, you no longer jump in to soothe or validate it. Listening with compassion is different from feeding negativity. When you emotionally engage in repetitive complaining, you amplify that frequency and you take it in. Protect your mindset and refuse to nourish low vibration conversations.

2/ You energetically cleanse hotel and Airbnb spaces especially the bed 🛌:
Hotels, Airbnbs and shared spaces carry emotional residue. People sleep there with stress, grief, arguments and anxiety. You cleanse before resting. Reiki, intention setting, prayer or visualizing white light clearing the room restores energetic neutrality. Your sleep is sacred

3/ You dont eat or drink while someone is venting intense emotions ☕️:
Food and water are receptive. When someone is angry, sad or resentful, you avoid consuming anything during that moment. You separate nourishment from emotional heaviness and protect your body from absorbing unnecessary frequency.

4/ You release clothes, perfume and makeup linked to a low vibration period:
Objects hold memory. If you wore something during a time when you felt insecure, heartbroken or unaligned, you let it go. Emotional energy attaches to scent, fabric and ritual. Clearing your environment supports personal growth and energetic reset. Same thing for thrifted items, sorry!

5/You protect your aura in crowded places:
Metro. Concert. Mall. Party. High density environments mix hundreds of emotional fields. Before entering, you activate protection. Reiki, grounding practices or visualizing yourself surrounded by a white bubble of light creates energetic boundaries. This is spiritual hygiene.

6/ You delete photos connected to people or places that drain you even if you never look at them they are in your phone:
Images reactivate emotional states. If you no longer speak to someone or if a memory brings heaviness instead of peace, you remove it. Digital decluttering is energetic decluttering. Make space.

7/You become selective with access to you:
Not everyone deserves your time, your presence or your emotional labor. Energy management becomes a priority. Boundaries become non negotiable
