Here are a few select photos with my cousins Sarah (@macabreatheart) and Mike (@reddrakeinn) from our wedding. Not only are they our LA-family, they're some of the coolest people I know.

I’ve known Mike my entire life, and Sarah for most of my life, and honest-to-God, my first memories of both were "these people are very, very awesome and I very much want to be like them." That still holds true today, and I was so incredibly stoked that they were able to share in our very small and weird Hallowedding.

Sarah found my dress for me (in addition to being one of the coolest people I know, she is also THE most fashionable person I know. Like, do you SEE her Ruth-Bader-Ginsberg-Inspired outfit here?) And Mike was my witness, which means I get to call him my maid of honor for the rest of our lives.

Thank you both, from the bottom of our strange little hearts for helping to make our wedding so special.

I don’t want to interrupt anyone’s celebrating on this joyful day (JOE AND KAMALA WON, FOLKS! 💙💙💙) but I DID promise I would post part II of our spoopy, irreverent (but to us, still honestly, deeply meaningful) wedding ceremony.

At the end of part I, I, a 2,000-year-old vampire, chomped Kyle, presumably breaking the world record of shortest “‘til death do us part” time. But then . . . The resurrection!

Hark! A dinosaur!

Reptar! You have come back to me!

Yes, dear, indeed I have!

The wonder of life, when a lizard takes a wife, it’s almost too much to bear.

And now every morning when I wake, dear, I will see your smiling happy face, dear. Until, the end, of time. 🦎❤️

Yes, that is the “Reptar on Ice Song.” Filings a spouse who appreciates Reptar as much as you do, and you know you have a solid marriage in store. 💚

(My next photo share will attempt to explain the significance of Reptar to us, but for now, if you’re very confused, just watch “Reptar on Ice” on You Tube.)
