No matter how many times you’ve made a recipe, there will be a time when it just falls apart.

Last week we had company over and even though I checked the internal temperature on the tomahawk pork chops and let them rest… it was like sashimi when we cut into them. 🧠 🥊

It happens…and we soldier on. After they left I thought Ok, what can I do next time?

Not as punishment, but as a way for me to keep getting better w every party w throw. Do you have a mental debrief after every gathering?

If planning dinner parties is your mood, you’ve come to the right place!

⭐️ Comment ‘Party’ so I can message you my checklist—it’s detailed but super helpful. 🫶

Since our client was born in Greece, we brought Greece to C.S.L.
So that she could experience her heritage and culture the way she did as a child, we organized a Greece & Ritz-inspired surprise party.

The table was adorned with a mix and match blue and white dishes. While the macaroons and lemon trees added pops of color. What a dreamy afternoon..

For her Mother's milestone birthday, our beautiful client wanted to relive some of her childhood memories when she lived in Greece.

So that she could experience her heritage and culture the way she did as a child, we organized a Greece & Ritz-inspired surprise birthday party for her, and invited all her closest family and friends to share in the fun.

It was an energetic and youthful day featuring the talents of some very special performers and attentive staff.

By combining our passions for fine cuisine, luxury design style, and memorable entertainment, we pushed the limits of our client's vision to deliver an extraordinary event that will be remembered for years to come.
