The past 2 nights have been amazing. We set out to prove that St Louis would support a women’s professional softball team and I think we got everyone’s attention.
.
We drew 2,100 the first night and the second night sold out the stadium with 2,500 tickets and standing room only!
.
Our team was made up of mostly collegiate athletes and these girls were amazing. We met on Sunday as complete strangers and ended up winning a game against a crazy good professional team on a walk off hit in extra innings!
.
I didn’t know you could fall in love with a team and a group of girls in just 5 days but now I know you can! These girls will never forget that first win and I now have 15 new favorite players that I get to watch over the next few years go out and crush it.
.
It was an honor to be the Head Coach for the week and to be able to coach along side @bigcityforreal @thetrevorrosenthal @julia.crenshaw and @mattalvarado_7! What a staff and what a team. Enjoy the pics and videos. I’ve watched them all 100 times today!

The hope is that next year St. Louis will have a full time franchise in the PSL! 🤞

Year 4.

Words can’t even begin to explain how much softball has meant to me. This game has given me so much joy and letting go of it has left me with so much heartache, but I’d do anything to go back to the beginning. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone along the way. Each and every one of you are what made this journey so special for me. Softball has given me countless blessings that I’ll cherish for a lifetime. There’s absolutely nothing in this world I would have rather done for the last 16 years of my life. Thank you UVA for allowing me to fulfill a dream that I’ve had ever since I was little. Forever grateful for this season of my life.
