I am beyond blessed and excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Boston College!

Thank you to my family for believing in me, supporting me, and investing so much time, love, and sacrifice into this journey. I’m so grateful for your endless encouragement and for always being my biggest fans. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system.

I’ve been blessed with an incredible group of coaches who have pushed me, challenged me, and believed in me. Kris, Stephen, Jeff, Rachel, Lauren, Felipe, Tara, John, Jordyn, Shelbi, and Nick, thank you for helping me become the player and person I am today. I’d also like to thank Kara and Rachel for all of your advice throughout this process. It meant more than you know.

To my HJV teammates, thank you for being my best friends. You make volleyball so much fun, and I truly couldn’t imagine going through this journey with a better group of girls.

A special thank you to Mama Rhodes for making HJV feel like a family. Your love and support for every player make HJV such a special place, and I’m so thankful to have been a part of it.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to Coach Jason, Coach Marissa, and Coach Will for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity. I can’t wait to be an Eagle!

Lastly, and most importantly, thank You, God. Thank You for blessing me with the ability, the passion, and the opportunity to play the sport I love. My faith has been my foundation through every step of this journey, and I’m so grateful that I get to continue it at Boston College.

What separates the elite minded from the average?

For me, it’s the belief that failure will eventually end in success. Consistently showing up and committing to improvement isn’t an easy task.

I had the absolute privilege of working with two winners: Macie Chase and Wiltrace “Wiggles” of Houston Juniors VBC.

Man, did these ladies believe in one another! And they REFUSED to give up, even when they were struggling to connect on the B ball.

True story: I told Wiggles she only had 2 tosses left when they finally got it! 🔥
