POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When your older kids don’t need to be told what to do, you know the work is sticking. 💯

They understand their workouts, run them with intention, and set the standard for the little ones watching right next to them, while our coaches build the foundation with our younger players.

This is the culture. 🏀

- BELATED BIRTHDAY POST-
05•14•2014
Malcolm touched down from heaven. ✨
We all chose a name for Malcolm and that’s why his name is so unique and special.
Malcolm Andre Cruz Knight.
M.A.C.K. You complete our family!!!
Your mere existence is a blessing. You find humor in the world, love to cuddle with your Mumma and is a major sports fan like your Papi. You can appreciate the small things. You love hard, you are kind and one of the smartest kids I know. You’re a dreamer and a go getter! I cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for you. 🫶🏽🩵 Happy 1️⃣1️⃣ Birthday baby boy.

Just a reel I never got around to posting after our trip back to America. It was a holiday full of surprises, good times, memories made & of course love. I say it time and time again.. it’s hard having international family & friends, but if Rami and I can continue to share the best of both places with our children that’s a win for me personally. Miss you guys already. Until next time.💕

Our 9 yr old taking his food labels serious!!!

As soon as his Papi @knighttyme taught him how to read food labels, he’s been cautious…

Unfortunately not everything he’s consuming is being read, thought about, substituted or sometimes not the healthiest choice, however, it does start with knowledge and choices to change. And that is something he is trying to practice. Shortly after this video, he said, “ Mom, I can’t put that in my body if I plan on playing a professional sport!” ( I thought to myself, if you only knew what some of the professional athletes put in their bodies) 🫤
But yes Malcolm! Stay aware, read, and never stop asking questions 🙏🏽😤
