With a photographer hidden in plain sight, a diamond ring in Greg’s jacket pocket, and EVERYONE knowing about the proposal but Shalyn… she said yes!

Whether I’m feeling bloated, strong, tired, skinny, etc - learning to be confident in my appearance has been a life long struggle. Every morning we’re re-learning how to love the body we woke up with that day (using the Royal “we” bc lord knows I’m not alone in this).
Here’s your reminder to listen to what your body needs whether that’s a rest-day, a baggy-clothing day, more carbs, more water, or whatever - appreciate your body for what it does for you not just how it looks.
