@fort4fitness from 2023-2026
2023 was before the loss of my right leg, 6 miles
2024 I had my 🦿for 1 month and walked 1/2 of the 4 miles, other 1/2 was in a wheelchair (next year goal, walk it all)
2025 walked all 4 miles with @proteor Quattro (next year goal, use a blade)
2026 walked/ran all 4 miles with @proteorusa Hopper and @ossur cheetah hinge knee (2027 goal, run it all!)

If you want to do it, you can. It’s mostly mental, but also physical and emotional.
Thank you @formotionclinicus for setting me up with prosthetics that work for ME!
Shout out to @proteorusa and @ossur for their awesome products!

See u back in Sept 2027 @fort4fitness
