We are overloaded with information these days. Instead of more research, what would it look like to find alignment, direction and the right kind of support for your season.

That’s why Let There Be Light exists.

If you’re tired of overthinking your next step and want to move forward with confidence—

Let There Be Light was born from personal experience and a deep conviction that every person can experience transformation, regardless of what season they are in.

From realizing that high-capacity people can look successful, productive, and “fine” externally while internally feeling overwhelmed by pressure, noise, and uncertainty about what’s next.

Mackenzie created this space to help people slow down long enough to get honest about what’s actually going on and receive the right kind of support for the season they’re in.

Because lasting transformation doesn’t happen through more noise.

It happens through living in the light.

This is the heart behind Let There Be Light.

Not more noise.
Not more pressure.
Not another “fix.”

Just honest conversations, trusted support and the kind of clarity that helps you move forward with intention.

If something in your life feels slightly off, this may be the sign to finally pay attention to it.

December - a mix of this & that

A mix of Nashville & NorCal
A mix of friends & family
A mix of fun days & fighting off seasonal depression
A mix of good food & healthy habits
A mix of feelings about keeping a puppy myself

The truth is: I got out of the habit of monthly recaps, mainly because I got out of the habit of capturing moments. The beginning of the year feels like a good time to pick back up rhythms that bring me joy… it’s your year, do what you want!

To Summerize…

A lot of flights, friends & faith went into Summer 2025!

The truth is: I kinda can’t stand the chaotic editing, but honestly chaotic would be another way to describe this summer. Not chaotic bad, just a lot of a lot.
Sweet to see the themes of soul friends and places that are now home in my heart, while also holding what feels like randomness. But with God nothing is random, so maybe this summer just needs to be viewed through the lens of the coming seasons 🤷🏼‍♀️

We had the best time exploring the Dallas World Aquarium and we found the Giant Pacific Octopus - AKA our fave main character from our read this month, Remarkably Bright Creatures. We all gave this book 5 stars & turns out we all have a new favorite animal 😌🐙 the best day!!
