Last weekend did 13.1 while getting ready for the 26.2 Chicago Marathon in just a couple weeks! Running is my favorite sport because it’s such a personal race, alongside others who are all competing against themselves. The people in front of me inspire me to be faster and stronger, in a mental and physical challenge of just telling yourself “Just don’t stop!” My Chicago run has each mile dedicated to someone in our programs. Despite how hard the challenges in their life have been, they don’t stop. I know I’ll get through this race with each mile dedicated to prayers and inspiration for them. I am trying to raise $100 per mile to raise money so @thealoefamily can continue to be a supportive and empowering hand up for the resilient and strong people in our programs! Each photo here is a real person, who inspires me to keep going when things get tough. Join with me and sponsor one of my miles 🏃‍♀️❤️🎉🙏 link in my bio to see the list of people and how to get involved

Thank you @mad_nashville for having us last Saturday for a workout benefitting The Aloe Family! We had a blast doing the MADabolic signature 50-min workout.

Our attendees were able to have a 5-day free trial to the gym and honestly who wouldn't want to workout at a gym that focuses on your strength training in a way that helps you scale your fitness results with interval driven workouts?

Thank you for all who came to support our cause and worked out with us!
