Gave everything we had just for it to hurt worse.

I’m grateful for every single person I got to share the field with this season. This team was full of talent and so much potential.
Thank you to all the coaches at cedar high who have done nothing but support me throughout my time here and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Senior Day, last home game of the season, always comes with a lot of emotion. ❤️⚾️Yesterday was a reflection of everything this Class of 2026 represents… hard work, friendship, and teamwork.

These boys have built something special together. The bond they share goes beyond the field, and it shows in the way they support each other, compete, and represent Cedar Baseball.

We also took a moment to honor their teammate and friend, Beckem Winslow. With strength and love, Maddex, brother of the late Beckem Winslow, threw out the first pitch… a moment that meant a lot to this team and community.

Proud of this group and everything they stand for. ❤️

📚 PLAN AFTER GRADUATION –
Serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Antigua, Guatemala, then continue his education to become a lawyer and start a family.

❤️ FAVORITE BASEBALL MEMORY –
Freshman year, first varsity at-bat—hitting a home run with his brother already on base.

💬 ADVICE FOR YOUNGER PLAYERS –
“Find your ‘why,’ work hard, and play for God.”

I’ll never forget everything football has done for me! I learned lessons about life, it gave me a whole team full of amazing guys who are now my brothers, and it helped me to understand the importance of hard work and discipline! I’m so very grateful for my brothers, my coaches, my family who watched me every fall for 9 years, and especially to God for this beautiful opportunity he blessed me with!
