Happy 7th anniversary to my adventurous wife who climbs mountains, scouts locations, cooks delicious meals, and enjoys life with me.

I’m so grateful for you and the community of people we have in our lives ❤️

Find clothes you like and try to wear them every single day especially when people are taking lots of photos of you so it seems like you only own one shirt and pants

Fitting that the GST Philly recap post is on Global Running Day

We took you from The Island, to the Beach, and then we brought you to the Skook (Schuylkill River for those in the back)

Officially tally:
Philly Slam Days: 2
Wawa Runs: 2
Victory Brewing Golden Monkey’s: 1
Photos taken: I’ll get back to you
Video space taken up: yes, I need to buy another hard drive
Hours of Meek/Freeway/Jill Scott played: 14+
“Jawn’s” spoken: 37
Philly Type Moments: ♾️

P.S. if anyone knows who my dad should talk to about his parking ticket outside of Franklin let me know. That was his only complaint.

The (GST) Gang goes to Philly!! I’ve been covering track for over a decade, but finally (finally) made my way out to the historic Franklin field in Philadelphia. ⁣
This was our BIGGEST Slam yet, and the content team needed to deliver on all fronts - we trusted each other to get the job done & it’s so cool when that happens. So proud of this group, an honor to be part of it. Give em all a follow & love.
⁣
Some BTS of the times we had & favorite frames.⁣
⁣
Best side quest was covering the first pitch of a Phillies game. ⁣
