Always a great time at PSNY with friendships built over the years of hustling together! Special thanks to Peloton Studios staff and Coaches for another great trip! Another thank you to @jeremythomasart for the invite and all those that were able to show up bringing that undeniable love and light at PSNY! Cherished all the time spent with everyone!

✅ 500 Runs with @adrianwilliamsnyc 💪🏼
✅ 5000 Rides with my brotha @alextoussaint25 🙏🏼

Personal note- Not every journey starts at the beginning & redirection isn’t defeat. This trip allowed me to reflect with a deeper understanding of where I’ve been over the years and who I am BECOMING- finding motion, stillness and grace in transformation, and discovering the strength within yourself to climb whatever mountains life puts in front of you. Just because your path involves The CLIMB, doesn’t mean it isn’t your path. Embrace it, let it make you a skilled climber & dammit hold your light up at the top of each fucking mountain!!

My guy @macmilliee and I back at it again with another open doubles race in Boston. 1 year ago we ran our first race here and we’ve come a long way. Big improvement on this latest race setting our new PR by 2 minutes. I’m excited to see how far we can take this.

This past weekend was legendary with everyone at team @elevatedhp. It’s only up from here!

Yooo @krissy_h we running it back or nahhh!?!?

The power of health and fitness. Introduced me to so many bad ass like minded individuals from all walks of life with a common goal. To be better than yesterday. Super grateful for the Hyrox Community and everyone I've met through it. Also the real ones always showing love and support.

Surround yourself with those who up lift you, not hold you back. Those who aren't attached to an older version of you and are willing to grow with you. Those who will encourage you to do hard things and chase your goals.
